How Fteen handles your data.

Fteen is an adult fitness and nutrition tool. We collect only what the product needs to work, while photos, health access, and AI remain separate choices.

Engineering update: July 13, 2026

1. Data you choose to provide

  • Account data such as your email and language.
  • Profile, goals, workouts, meals, and measurements that you record.
  • Photos you select for meal analysis or progress; they are never made public by default.

2. Sensitive and optional data

  • Health data, photos, camera access, and form analysis are not required to create an account.
  • Operating-system permission is requested just in time and by data type, and can be stopped.
  • Form analysis is designed to run on device without uploading raw video by default.

3. Why data is used

  • Operate your account and provide the plan, journal, and progress experience you request.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, and process export or deletion requests.
  • We do not sell your data or use health, meal, or progress data for advertising.

4. Sharing and processing

  • Your account content is not visible to other users by default.
  • Approved hosting and identity services may process the minimum needed to provide the service.
  • No external image or AI provider is enabled before its region, retention, data-use terms, and approval are recorded.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Your records remain for the account lifetime unless you delete them or the account.
  • Exports expire, and analysis media uses a short deadline and cleanup process.
  • Account deletion revokes sessions, cancels pending work, and removes dependent data and private media, retaining only narrowly pseudonymous accountability proof where necessary.

6. Your controls

  • Withdraw optional feature consent and stop health synchronization.
  • Request a machine-readable export or delete the account after verification.
  • Access, correction, restriction, and objection workflows will be reachable from the account area before general launch.

7. Transfer and security

  • Transport is encrypted, media is private, access is role-limited, and administration requires step-up verification.
  • Production region selection and any cross-border transfer require named assessment and approval before broad real-user processing.
  • No system can promise zero risk; incidents are documented, contained, and followed by recovery validation.

8. Age and changes

  • Fteen is for adults aged 18+ and is not a medical service.
  • Consent records include document version, locale, and time; material changes require a new choice.
  • Controller identity, official contact, and the legally approved notice will be published before general launch.
