2. Nature of the service
- Plans, estimates, and suggestions are informational and may not fit every situation.
- Review and edit every meal estimate before confirming it; AI drafts never become final records automatically.
- Stop and seek qualified help if you experience pain, symptoms, or a special health condition.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not access accounts or systems without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not use the service for diagnosis or automated coaching of others without authority and consent.
4. Preview and subscriptions
- Product exploration and the stated essentials are free during pre-launch.
- No payment begins outside an official store or before price, duration, trial, and renewal are shown clearly.
- Restore, cancellation, and refunds follow store rules while server-verified state controls access.
5. Availability and change
- Preview functionality may change or pause during testing and maintenance.
- Clear failure states and manual alternatives are used instead of invented results when an external service is down.
- A material terms change requires acceptance of a new version.
6. Ending use
- Sign out, request an export, or delete your account.
- Access may be suspended to protect users or the platform, with the decision recorded and role-reviewed.
- Final legal wording, contracting entity, governing law, and official contact remain external launch gates.
